Max Azria for Hervé Léger revives the '80s--minus the bulky shoulder-pads--for his resort collection with micro-minis and body-conscious shapes. Although neon-bright colors make appearances in the form of clutches and shoes, the dresses, which fit like a second-skin, look fresh in 21st-century shades of metallic gray, blue, and green. Azria also uses the Léger signature bondage style in a line of beachwear – the first for the iconic label.
